Where is the most popular place in the world to work in IXD after college?

With the training you receive in the IXD program you can expect to be prepared to work anywhere in the world. Students from our program have gone on to work in the United States, Europe, Asia, and of course across Canada.

Will I need to purchase a lot of books that focus on coding?

Not necessarily. There will be a number of recommended readings in your courses but faculty are careful to not require books unless absolutely necessary. Additionally, our library has a huge number of titles (Digital) that you can use as a resource.

What makes the Interaction Design program unique?

This program is the first of its kind. It's a unique mix of courses. There are Industry partnerships and while this will sound like a line - you. You make the program unique.

What kind of services are available to students for mental health assistance, internships, career planning, etc?

First, if you are in crisis or emergency the best thing to do is go directly to the centre for student success.
